Delivery Times

A.	If your order contains one of more gaitas or Key Changing kits, the delivery time, which can be increased in certain moments due to the workload of the workshop, is approximately 90 days from the date the bank transfer, 20% of the total balance, is effected.
B.	If your order does not contain gaitas or Key Changing kits, the delivery time is 7 days.

The delivery times provided by the shipment firms are:

Post Office:

• From 3 to 6 working days for Europe and variable for other destinations.

SEUR Courier:

• 24 hours to the Peninsula and Canaries. 2 or 3 working days to Balearic Islands.

UPS:

•	Next working day practically in all industrial areas of UE, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
•	Before the end of the second working day in the USA and in the main industrial areas of Canada.
•	Before the end of the second or third working day in all Asia.

Shipment

All our gaitas are despatched in rigid cardboard packaging which ensures adequate protection for the instrument during its transport.

From our online store, you will be able to choose two shipment methods: Postal Office and UPS/SEUR Courier

Current transport fare will be applied.

National Shipments (Spain)

Postal Office:

Blue Package shipment (Paquete Azul).

SEUR Courier:

Shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla.

If your order contains one or more gaitas, free shipment will be made through SEUR Courier, that is to say, at no cost to yourself.

International Shipments

Postal Office:

Your order will be shipped as a Priority International Parcel requiring signature upon delivery.

SEUR Courier:

Deliveries to Portugal.

UPS:

Your order is shipped by the UPS Express Saver world wide service.

Our online store automatically determines the total weight of your order and applies the current transport fare.
