For your comfort, the Obradoiro de Gaitas Seivane, S.L. offers two payment methods: Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Bank Transfer
If you have chosen the Bank Transfer payment method, you will receive an email detailing the total cost of the order and the Bank Account number to which you should effect the transfer.
Option A
If your order includes one or more gaitas, or one or more Key Changing kits, you should make a bank transfer of 20% of the total cost, in order to begin the preparation of the order. Approximately 90 days later, period that can be increased in certain moments due to the workload of the workshop, we will inform you when the manufacturing process has concluded so that you can settle the remaining balance. Following final payment, your order will be despatched using your chosen delivery method. You may also, if you wish, make a prior bank transfer of the total balance, saving you time and bank charges. Option B If your order does not include Gaitas or Key Changing kits, you should make a bank transfer of the total balance. Credit Card
Payment by Credit Card is carried out through ‘e-activa’, the Internet Payment Portal for Caixa Galicia Bank, which accepts credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Caixa Galicia.
